In response to The Observer investigation, on 17th June 2022, many organisations, academics and universities called on the Justice Secretary Dominic Raab MP to commit to an inquiry into the use of unregulated experts in the family court.
Chair of the Association of Clinical Psychologists Professor Wang said: “What is going on is the most scandalous thing I have ever come across.”
Over eighty organisations are calling for an inquiry to shine a light on the family court.
